Anybody interested in registering as a Juvenile Coach/Leader with Clare River Harriers Athletic Club should take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Consult with your GP regarding any medical conditions you may have that might affect you in a coaching capacity and/or any coaching activities that will impact any such conditions.
  2. Read the AAI’s Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children in Athletics.

  3. Read the four documents in the CRH Juvenile Policies & Procedures and Codes of Conducts section above.
  4. Apply to be a registered member of Clare River Harriers A.C. and the AAI by: 
    1. filling in the CRH Senior Member application form

    2. paying the €20 annual CRH membership fee.
    3. The CRH registrar will then register you with the AAI.
  5. Apply to be a juvenile coach/leader with Clare River Harriers A.C. by: 
    1. filling in the CRH Juvenile Coach/Leader application form

    2. filling in the AAI eVetting Invitation form (to commence the required Garda Vetting process).

    3. For Under 18s, filling in the AAI Parent Guardian Consent form (to accompany the AAI eVetting Invitation form).

Latest CRH Juvenile News:

Gold, Silver, Bronze, Personal Bests and Championship Records were the order of the weekend (Sat 12-Feb & Sun 13-Feb) for the Clare River Harriers athletes who competed in the County Indoor Championships which took place at the International Arena in Athlone.

51 Juvenile Athletes represented the Clare River Harriers Athletics Club with pride – running, jumping, throwing and walking.

The club took home 3 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze medals.

Elizabeth Healy took gold in both the 60 and 200m; coupled with this she set a Championship Record in the 60m.

Eoin Higgins took gold in the Shot Put and Silver in the High Jump.

The Under 14 boys relay team took silver – Kyle Fitzgerald, Eoin Higgins, Cathal Grace, Liam Connolly and Dara Lenihan.

Isla Day took Bronze in 60m, Maeve Meehan bronze in the 1km Walk and Gordon Lenihan took Bronze in the Shot Put.
